聚焦中国未来教育:创新、设计与科技 ——2018北师大“一带一路”冬季研修项目

为服务国家“一带一路”发展战略和北京市建设“四个中心”的总体部署,推动“一带一路”国家高端人才培养和相关学科建设,北京市教委、市财政局设立了“北京市‘一带一路’国家人才培养基地”项目。该基地由北京市教委在参选院校中进行评选,选拔并资助“一带一路”国家高层次人才来京参加学习培训和文化交流。在该项目框架内,北师大智慧学习研究院于2018年12月10日-15日组织了以“聚焦中国未来教育:创新、设计与科技”为主题的2018北师大“一带一路”冬季研修项目并获得圆满成功。

本项目主要面向“一带一路”国家的教育研究者和教育工作者,以北师大的优势特色课程——“互联网+”时代的设计方法论为核心培训课程,并辅以实地调研、经验分享会等多种学习交流方式,以期在国际交流与合作中推动中国与“一带一路”国家的创新教育发展。来自塞尔维亚、罗马尼亚、黑山、俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、越南、孟加拉国等“一带一路”国家的20名学员积极参加了项目培训、参观体验和校际交流活动,其中包括塞尔维亚最大的特殊教育学校——Milan Petrovic中小学寄宿制学校校长Violeta Strahinjevic和公关主管Svetlana Keki、教师、教育学博士生、博士后、设计师及媒体从业人员等。

12月9日,学员们陆续抵达北京。次日,他们怀着极大的热情参观了北师大和智慧学习研究院,并参与了“未来教育”国际教师主题交流会和欢迎晚宴。


12月11日至15日,核心课程培训与实地调研等户外活动穿插进行。核心课程“设计方法论”采用项目学习制,使学员通过申请-体验-完善的学习流程,掌握创新设计的理论及方法。另外,通过小组协作学习的方式,大家深入体验并实践了创新教育产品及方案的开发。很多学员虽然初次接触相关内容,但他们受益颇多,充分提高了解决当地教育工作中实际问题的能力。在培训过程中,学员们也展现了优秀的观察力、创造力、协作力和国际化思维。


此外,学员们还先后参访了百度教育、北京启智特殊教育学校、北京黄庄职业高中、国家图书馆、好未来教育科技有限公司、国家博物馆和故宫博物院等人文科教单位,近距离、多角度地了解和感受了中国教育的发展,并在参与现场互动的过程中直接促进了培训与实践的有效融合,在中国经验与海外视角的碰撞中收获了独特的认知与体验。


经过为期一周的研修,学员们纷纷表示,本次研修项目从实际出发,不仅切实增进了中国与“一带一路”国家高层次人才间的了解启发,更从民间文化交往的层次为相关国家间的长远交流与合作打下了良好基础。学员们对项目方的认真工作表示感谢,称这次项目是我国“一带一路”建设事业中一则生动而富有启发性的案例,并希望项目方可以持续举办该类项目。

Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University (SLIBNU) held the 2018 BNU Winter Training Program for Belt & Road Countries on December 10th to 15th. The theme of this year’s program was “Future Education in China: Innovation, Design, and Technology.”  


20 participants from Belt & Road countries, such as Serbia, Romania, Montenegro, Russia, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Bangladesh took part in the training courses and experienced inter-school activities. Among them, Ms. Violeta Strahinjevic and Ms. Svetlana Kekić, Headmaster and PR Manager of the Milan Petrovic Primary and Secondary Boarding School, participated in this program. This boarding school is the largest special education school in Serbia. Other participants include K12 teachers, university teaching associate, Ph.D. candidates, graphic designers, fashion designers, and media practitioners.


On December 10th, participants visited SLIBNU and attended the workshops with the international teachers.  


From December 11th to 15th, training courses were interspersed with field research. Through the learning process, participants gradually mastered the theory and methods of innovation and design and intensely experienced the development of innovative educational products and programs.


Also, participants visited technology companies, educational companies and schools. At Baidu, they experienced advanced AI and VR devices and learned about Baidu Library, an online document sharing platform. At Beijing Qizhi Special Education School, participants learned about the current situation of special education in China and interacted with children with disabilities. Cooperation intentions were initially reached between the Headmaster and PR Manager of Milan Petrovic Primary and Secondary Boarding School and the Headmaster of Beijing Qizhi Special Education School. At Beijing Huangzhuang Vocational High School, attendees learned how to make cheongsam and its button. Moreover, students visited the magnificent National Library of China, learning about Oracle and the development of Chinese culture. At Tomorrow Advancing Life, a leading education and technology enterprise in China, participants experienced the latest educational equipment and emerging technologies for teacher-student interaction. By visiting The National Museum of China and The Palace Museum, attendees also learned about China’s profound historical heritage and the great achievements of China’s Reform and Opening Up, which now also promotes development in Belt & Road countries.


Finally, participants expressed their gratitude to the Winter Training Program, considering it as a good foundation for long-term exchanges and cooperation between China and Belt & Road countries. They also gave some feedbacks on this program.
